I bought these because they were light and said to be waterproof. They will keep your hands warm in dry conditions but they are not waterproof and poorly made. I wore them in Torres Del Paine National Park in Patagonia Chile for 10 days. Gloves soaked thru by just touching snow on the rocks to Las Torres. Then stitching started coming apart between the fingers. Very disappointed.
Hi Bryan, our Original All Weather Gloves are made with waterproof material but the seams are not sealed. Therefore, water could seep through the seams and get inside of the gloves. The Xtreme All Weather Gloves are our 100% waterproof gloves, up to the cuff. Regarding the torn seams, this should definitely not happen and we would like to bring your gloves back for replacement. Richelle in Customer Service should be reaching out to you shortly to set this up.

I bought these gloves for canoeing in cold wet weather because they were labeled as waterproof. They soak up rain like a sponge! They SHOULD NOT be labeled as waterproof! I would not have bought them had I known this.
